Returning in 2021 with a name change and a more determined artistic mindset, Charlotte rapper Kaos the Baker has delivered one of his standout musical works with ‘My Nubian Goddess Wit th3 Loccs Go Liv3 For th3 Br3ad So Tap In’.
An AKB2 Entertainment and Jewelry Rap Productions team up, the song is produced by Lord Jah-Monte Ogbon and will appear on Kaos’ forthcoming album In the Beginning There Was Kaos. Thanks to Jah-Monte’s beautiful loop work, the track lives up to its extravagant and extremely on the nose title. Kaos’ rapping is next level here, his flow changes at breakneck speed and his lyrical content is at its strongest. ‘Make it last forever, Keith Sweat, we make them birds swing. Eighth off the chicken, chopped off the block n****, that’s a bird’s wing’, he spits halfway through the track. Kaos absolutely dominates the majority of the track, allowing the beat to breathe only in its final twenty seconds. This is a killer first single from I’m sure will be an excellent project, and as far as Charlotte’s creative scene goes there are few people as talented as Kaos.
